Shawne Merriman to Buffalo and Randy Moss to Tennessee
The Buffalo Bills had the first position on the waiver list, and they used it to claim Shawne Merriman. The Bills started this year by switching to a 3-4 defense, but after getting off to a horrific start, they switched back last week.
