Vick, Jackson led Eagles over Colts
PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Michael Vick threw for 218 yards and one touchdown, ran for 74 yards and a score, and the Eagles beat Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts 26-24 Sunday.
