Browns reportedly sign QB Brett Ratliff; Colt McCoy could get start vs. the Steelers
BEREA - The Browns season started with Jake Delhomme and Seneca Wallace as the first and second options at quarterback. It looks like they will face the Steelers on Sunday with rookie Colt McCoy and Brett Ratliff.
