Bolivian President Racks Opponent During Soccer Friendly
Bolivian President Evo Morales kneed a player in the groin during a soccer match Sunday among political rivals. Morales said he'd been hit by Daniel Gustavo Cartagena's cleats while he had the ball before the incident.
